| Details: | SUMMARY: positive total coliform sample 10/29/08 DETAILS: 11-4-08 Called John regarding positive repeat sample. He indicated that they have been working on the system and he felt that was likely the cause of the coliform issues. I informed him that he has to fill out a public notice and send out the notice to all of the residents. He said he understood. I emailed the link to the template on the state website for unresolved TC. He said he would disinfect the system and that should take care of the problem. I told him to call me if he had any questions. I told him he will need to get 5 clean coliform samples by the end of Nov. to get back onto their regular schedule. 11-6-08 - System faxed public notice to this office. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
