Pete explained the position of the state as:
1. relatively unconcerned with how they decide to manage their JMP or disband, or reform with one less water system. And,
2. that it is department policy that if there is a second source in a Joint Monitoring area, that it must be treated to the same water quality parameters as the primary water source.

CRW-Clairmont had the bulk of the exceedances in this most recent round, and most of those are in their well-fed zone of their distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: The group will be reconvening after 3.2.09, and Pete can expect a letter in the ides of March from Lee Odell of CH2MHill.
