| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform, Mike contacted by 911 operator DETAILS: Corresponded by phone with Bruce on 11/10, 11/12, 11/18 and 11/20 by phone with Bruce in response to positive results for routine coliform samples. Bruce stated on 11/10/the lab had informed him of an E.coli positive sample. He was advised to take his repeat samples paying particular attention to his sampling techniques as we believed the routine sample may have been contaminated in the heavy rain at the time it was taken. Bruce was contacted again to confirm repeat samples had been taken and submitted to the lab on 11/12 and was told to contact the County Health Dept or state DWP staff if repeats returned a positive result. After not hearing back from Bruce I contacted him again on 11/18. He stated he left a message that the results were negative for all repeats that I did not get. On 11/20 in consult with James Nusrala it was confirmed by the Pyxis Lab that there was no sample that tested positive for E.coli and only one positive for Coliform with the sample date of 11/6/08. ACTION NEEDED: Bruce was reminded that he will need to take his second routine sample for November and five routine samples in December. | ||
