| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I attempted to contact the operator. No one was available. I spoke to Chris who was watching the club house for the owners. I gave him a message to relay to the owners informing them of the coliform positive alert and the requirement to take 4 repeat samples for coliform right away within 24 hrs. Oct.9, 2008 I spoke with Bob at the club house. The new operator, Tom Sager left for the day. I asked Bob to contact the operator & relay a message to take 4 repeat coliform samples right away. ACTION NEEDED: Oct. 10, 2008 I spoke with Tom Sager & he contacted the lab and they will be out on Tuesday to take 4 repeat samples. | ||
