| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 10-27-08 DETAILS: Orrin emailed me on 10-31-08 regarding the sample which he took on 10-27-08 that was positive for total coliform. He had taken the sample in a hurry from a kitchen swing faucet and was hoping that I could get it voided for him. I called him on 10-31-08 to discuss. He said that he went ahead and submitted 4 repeat samples. I told him that I would wait for results of the repeats before requesting that the first sample be voided. Called Corak on 11-3-08 & he said that the repeats were all good. I told him that I would submit a request for voiding the initial sample to Joe Carlson, DWP, and let him know the outcome. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for Joe Carlsons response. If the sample is voided, the system needs just one routine sample in November. If not, they will need 5 routines in November. | ||
