| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC non reporting violation DETAILS: June 25, 2008 I informed Jeff of the violation. He is delegating the responsibility of contacting the lab to Jannett in his office. June 26, 2008 I contacted Jannett and explained the violation to her. She said they will contact the lab and order the test. Sept. 15, 2008 I contacted Jeff to inform him the test results are not on SDWIS. He said the lab told him they would send them in ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
