| Details: | SUMMARY: VOC reporting violation DETAILS: June 25, 2008 I spoke with Jeff and he is delegating the responsibility of contacting the lab to Jannett in the office. June 26, 2008 I contacted Jannett & explained the violation to her. She said she would order the tests with the lab. Sept. 15, 2008 I contacted Jeff to inform him the test results are not on SDWIS. He said the lab told him they would send them in. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
