Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate non reporting for 3 years DETAILS: Operator assumed that his lab was reporting the nitrate results to the state as is done with the coliforms. His lab is Umpqua Research. I advised him to send the missing test results to Chuck Michael, DWP Compliance Specialist. He has faxed me a copy as well. We now have copies of his nitrate samples for 2004 through 2008. ACTION NEEDED: none
