| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to sample for total coliform DETAILS: 7/18/08- I spoke with Mary Jacks and reminded her of the routine sampling requirement for her water system. She said that she will collect a third quarter 2008 sample right away. This system has been consistently missing quarterly samples to include the third and fourth quarters of 2007. 8/12/08 - I called Mary and reminded her again to collect a coliform sample. She said that she would submit a sample by the end of the week. 8/18/08- A coliform sample collected on 8/13/08 tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be submitted on a quarterly basis. | ||
