| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit IOC sample set in 2005-2007 DETAILS: 8/19/08 - I spoke with Velton who informed me that Grants Pass Water Lab handles all of their sampling. 9/9/08 - I confirmed with Brad Daniels that this system is eligible for an IOC monitoring frequency reduction to nine years. I faxed the attached monitoring reduction request form on behalf of the system. The next IOC sample set will be due in the 2011-2013 compliance period. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
