| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit SOC sample set in 2005-2007 compliance period. DETAILS: 8/19/08 I spoke with Denise. She thought that they might have a use waiver. I informed her that the application for a use waiver had not been done. She will collect an SOC set immediately and begin pursuing a use waiver for next time. 9/8/08- Grants Pass Water Lab verified that the sample bottles have been picked up but the samples have not been submitted yet. 9/9/08- Grants Pass Water Lab confirmed that an SOC sample set was submitted today. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
