| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit IOC sample set 2005-2007 DETAILS: 8/19/08- Spoke with Jerry. He will contact Neilson Research Inc. immediately to arrange the sample. 9/8/08 - I called Neilson and verified that they have not received an IOC sample set. I left a voice mail for Jerry reminding him to collect the IOC sample. 9/09/080- Jerry called and informed me that he requested to have IOC sampling frequency reduced to nine years. I verified in SDWIS that the sampling frequency has been changed to nine years. The next IOC sample set does not need to be submitted until the 2011-2013 compliance period. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is required to return this system to compliance. | ||
