| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing coliform bacteria samples for December 2008. DETAILS: The City of Sweet Home received a violation for not reporting any of the required 10 coliform bacteria samples for December 2008. I contacted Tim Sanders who said the samples were collected and he believed the results were mailed in by himself. He will check his records and be sure the sample results are mailed to our Portland office as soon as possible. We discussed the ongoing history of problems with reporting coliform on time as well. ACTION NEEDED: Tim will send in copies of all December coliform bacteria sample results to the Portland Drinking Water Program office. He understands that this violation will need to be reported in his CCR. | ||
