| Details: | SUMMARY: Checked on non-response to Plan Review conditions letter DETAILS: Brad Daniels alerted me that this system had not responded to their conditional Plan Review letter, sent on June 2, 2008. In the subsequent Notice of Violation (August 27, 2008), it says that in addition to the routine coliform sampling, they needed to submit documentation saying that their UV unit met a couple conditions specified. They had not responded by the deadline given. It appears that the June 2 letter was addressed to David Love, who installed the UV unit, not Darrell "Jay" McKay, the PWS operator. I phoned Jay today, and he had no idea anyone was waiting on something from him. I agreed to mail Jay a copy of the June 2nd letter. He will then respond to the Plan Review Portland office, saying that they did install the UV unit as specified. ACTION NEEDED: Await response from Jay, confirming plan review conditions were met. | ||
