| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample 2007 DETAILS: 8/19/08 I met with Jim Henney on site and discussed sampling protocol. Jim informed me that Spark landscape Maintenance out of Grants Pass collects samples for the system. I spoke with Chuck Huber of Spark Landscape concerning the need to collect a nitrate sample. He will collect a sample right away. 8/28/08 Grants Pass Water Lab verified that a nitrate sample has been submitted ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed to resolve this violation. | ||
