Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit a 2007 nitrate sample. DETAILS: 8/15/08 I spoke with Jason and reminded him that nitrate samples need to be submitted on an annual basis. Jason collected and submitted a nitrate sample to Neilson Research Inc. immediately. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be submitted on an annual basis.
