| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/20/08 I left a voice mail for Anna explaining the violation. 8/21/08 Anna called and informed me that the sample got missed because they switched their internal sample tracking system over to new software. She submitted a nitrate sample today and updated the sampling schedule in their software to remind her to sample in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be submitted on an annual basis. | ||
