| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to collect annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/18/08 I spoke with Jean. She was not aware that she failed to submit a nitrate sample in 2007. She will submit a sample right away. 9/5/08 I met Don Rowlett on site, collected a nitrate sample and submitted it to Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
