| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit an IOC sample set in the 2005-2007 compliance period DETAILS: 8/18/08 I spoke with Carolyn. She is a new operator for the system. I discussed the possibility of reducing IOC sampling to every nine years after they collect one more IOC set. She is going to check with Neilson and see if they have an IOC set prior to the first on recorded in SDWIS, 2001. 8/25/08 Carolyn visited the EHS office and informed that she just submitted an IOC sample set. 8/27/08 I confirmed that an IOC sample set was received by Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed to resolve this violation. | ||
