| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine on 10/16/08 DETAILS: 10/20/08 Spoke with Fred today. He will bring four repeat samples to the lab tomorrow. He indicated that there were some maintenance activities recently done and he didnt chlorinate upon completion of maintenance. He requested disinfection information.
