| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: 9/30/08 I attempted to contact Thomas. There was no answer and no voice mail option. 10/6/08 Mike Obereigner drove to the lodge, closed on Tuesdays. 10/7/08 mike Obereigner drove to lodge at 4--15, there were no staff on site. 10/8/08 Mike spoke with Tom Sr today and advised him to get 4 repeat samples into the lab today. 10/14/08 Daniel Hough and Mike had a conference call with Tom Sr advising him of the positive repeat TC samples collected 10/9/08. He agreed to have Tom Jr. call Jackson County Env. Health tomorrow. 10/22/08 Tom Jr. has not contacted our office. Daniel Hough and I have contacted Joe Carlson from the state for advice on how to proceed with this water system operator. 10/23/08 The lodge has taken it upon themselves (not with our advisement) to collect four more samples (which Tom marked as repeat) on 10/20/08 all of which have tested positive for total coliform.
