| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 6/16/08 DETAILS: 10/16/08 Positive sample result for total coliform 10/1708 Daniel Hough left a message for Bruce Morgan advising him to collect four repeat samples on Monday October 20, 2008 10/21/08 Bruce left a message for me today asking if he needed to collect four samples. I called him back, left a message and called the Pit Stop and spoke with hie daughter advising then to collect four repeat samples tomorrow as it is too late today to do so. 10/24/08 Per Neilson Research the four repeat samples collected on 10/22/08 tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of November. | ||
