| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: 10/23/08 3 of 4 repeat samples tested positive for total coliform per Neilson Research. Daniel Hough explained the disinfection requirements to Fred yesterday. 11/07/08 Spoke with Fred today. He disinfected approx. 1ppm chlorine for five days the system until 11/01/08 waited for the chlorine to work through the system then waited for five days and will collect two temporary routines on 11/10/08 and three more later in the month. 11/13/08 The two temporary routine samples collected this week tested negative for total coliform per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: Three additional temporary routine samples need to be collected this month. | ||
