| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli and total coliform samples for November 2008 DETAILS: I contacted John Hammer and informed him that a boil water notice is required to be provided to all water users within 24 hrs due to the Ecoli detections on 3 routine samples. I also requested a copy of the notice be provided to the Health Dept for record. This water system has had an unresolved total/fecal coliform issue since Feb 2008.The system has worked with the Circuit Rider program Hank Erbele and Stutzman Pump to disinfect and evaluate the water system. The circuit rider program recommended that the system pursue a continuous disinfection system back in June 2008. I have contacted the system and informed them of the plan review requirements for a new disinfection system. According to John funding is the reason a disinfection system has not been installed yet. I have referred the system to Roberto @ DHS to inquire about the revolving loan fund. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up and advise water system until approved treatment plant is operational | ||
