| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform & Ecoli DETAILS: 11/06/08 Beulah called me and said that she would pick up sample bottles today and collect four repeat samples tomorrow. 11/7/08 10:00am I called Beulah to find out if she has collected samples & left message. 1:15 Neilson Research has confirmed that four repeat samples were collected and all tested negative. Beulah left me a message that said she dropped the sample bottle cap and that she thought that was the problem. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of December. | ||
