| Details: | SUMMARY: 11/18/08 TCR samples DETAILS: Tim Richardson called to inform LPH office that he has a very limited schedule and may not be able to perform the repeat TCR samples within the designated time frame and to ask what he is expected to do. Spoke with Bill Goss and he suggested to submit 5 routine samples by the end of November. Also, within 30 days post andor distribute a public notice notifying the residents about the unresolved positive coliform test. The alert was dated 11/3/08 so you are required to post by 12/3/08.
