| Details: | SUMMARY: Zero chlorine residual on routine sample DETAILS: 12/4/08 Spoke with Grace Newcomb about the issues over the past few months with low chlorine residual. Her husband George has been in and out of the hospital since August. There has been some confusion for the person who backs up George about when to refill the chlorine tank. Grace said that they have cleared up the confusion. George is still in the hospital and his back up knows to keep the chlorine tank full. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & review during survey early next year when George is feeling better. | ||
