Details:	SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample taken 11/20/08 DETAILS: Called system & spoke with Cindy an employee of Nursery. She indicated that Devin know about the positive result. She said he know to take the 4 repeat samples. I also informed her that they would need to take 5 temporary routine samples the following month. She said she understood. I left my phone number if Devin needed any further info. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor
