| Details: | SUMMARY: Maacy to convey action steps required after total coliform in November 2008 DETAILS: System had a tree fall on the well head (hand pump) right after a routine sample was taken that came back positive. Repeat samples were not done as the system was off line. ACTION NEEDED: Per OR DWP - The repeat samples do not need to be taken but they need to take a special sample once repairs are made if the special sample shows no coliform they can bring the well on-line. The month that the well is brought on-line, they need to take 5 temporary routine samples. If those results are clean they will resume quarterly sampling as usual. | ||
