Details:	SUMMARY: Enforcement action tracking/follow up DETAILS: 6/6/08 spoke with John on the phone and he informed me that they were having the 2005 and 2006 CCRs done by the Oregon Association of Water Utilities and should be done soon. John said the June sample has been taken to the lab and they havent received the results yet. If it is good they will have a SNC resolution for monitoring and reporting of TCR. I informed John to use a coliform sampling plan and rotate monthly routine samples for TCR. They are hoping the request for disinfection will be removed based on current testing records. 7/3/08 spoke with John on the phone and he said the CCRs were done for 2005 and 2006 and were being submitted today with the certification letter. He also said he was taking a coliform sample today. John will contact Joe Carlson to file for an extension. They plan to rotate coliform sampling in the distribution monthly as required and also each month to take a special sample from one of the wells and use these results to determine if source water disinfection is needed. I informed Tom Charbonneau of this plan. John has corrected some to the noted deficiencies and he said he would get them all done. ACTION NEEDED: See next contact report.
