Details: SUMMARY: Failure to collect nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/18/08 I spoke with owner Don Viglietta. He was not aware that he failed to submit a nitrate sample in 2007. He will submit a sample right away. 8/22/08 - A nitrate sample was submitted to Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be submitted annually.
