Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/18/08 I spoke with Cindy and due to extenuating circumstances I will collect a nitrate sample for this system on 8/19/08. 8/19/08 A 2008 nitrate sample was submitted to Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be submitted on an annual basis.
