| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/22/08 I left a voice mail for Roy explaining the violation. 8/25/08 Roy called & informed me that a 2008 nitrate sample was submitted on 7/25/08. I called Neilson Research Inc. They confirmed that a sample was submitted on 7/25/08. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be collected on an annual basis. | ||
