| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/22/08 I spoke with Fred and he will submit a nitrate sample next week. 8/26/08 I met with Fred on site and collected a nitrate sample. I submitted the sample to Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed to resolve this violation. | ||
