| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/22/08 I left a voicemail for Greg explaining the violation. 9/8/08 I verified with Neilson Research that a sample has not been submitted. I spoke with Greg and he will submit a sample tomorrow. 9/10/08 I verified with Neilson Research that a nitrate sample was submitted on 9/9/08. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
