| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/22/08 Jackson County has no information on file for this water system as the contact phone number listed in SDWIS has been disconnected. I contacted Scott Curry to see if he has any information. 9/2/08 Neilson research Inc. provided me with accurate contact information for Frank Alder 541-488-4687. I left a voice mail for Frank. I also left a voice mail for Gail Flory with the Or. Dept. of Agriculture as the system is listed as licensed by them. 9/3/08 I spoke with Frank and determined that this system consists of the North Ashland exit Shell Station. I verified with Neilson Research Inc. that a nitrate sample was submitted on 8/29/08. ACTION NEEDED: No action is needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
