Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/22/08 I spoke with Garth & arranged to meet him on site to collect a nitrate sample on Aug. 26,2008. 8/26/08 - I dropped off a sample bottle for Garth as he was not there. I called & notified him that the bottle was dropped off. 9/8/08 I verified with Neilson Research Inc that a sample has not been submitted. I called Garth and reminded him to submit a sample ASAP. 9/10/08 - I verified with Neilson Research that a nitrate sample has been submitted. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed to return this system to compliance.
