| Details: | SUMMARY: Failue to collect annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8-18-08 I spoke with Jean and she was not aware that she failed to submit a sample in 2007. She will submit a sample right away. 9-5-08 I met with Don Rowlett on site, collected a nitrate sample and submitted to Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
