| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting of DBP for 2007 DETAILS: Jim said that he has never heard of DBPs. I mentioned that I spoke to him about non reporting for DBPs in 2006 and it was mentioned on the 2006 sanitary survey as well. I sent him some information and he said he will monitor and report ASAP ACTION NEEDED: DBP monitored on 9-9-08 and reported on 9-25-08. Violation resolved | ||
