Details:	SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System was granted conditional approval for UV disinfection on 8/22/08. The UV system has been installed. Prior to bringing the system on-line the distribution lines in the school were chlorinated and flushed. When chlorine residual had been removed five temporary routine samples were taken with all results showing absent for coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Return to quarterly sampling. At this point, the MCL violation for coliform appears to be resolved. If the system tests positive for coliform in the future, the DWP may require chlorine disinfection be added to the system in addition to the UV.
