| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8-20-08 I spoke with Preston who was not aware that he needs to collect an annual nitrate sample. He will submit a sample right away. 9-8-08 I verified with Neilson Research Inc that a sample has not been submitted. I left a voice mail for Preston reminding him to submit a sample. 9-12-08 I verified with Neilson Research that a sample was submitted on 9-9-08. ACTION NEEDED: No action is needed to return this system to compliance. | ||
