Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit arsenic sample in 2005-2007 DETAILS: 8-22-08 I spoke with new water system operator Rick Rose. He will collect a sample right away. 9-8-08 I verified with Neilson Research that a sample has not been submitted. I left a voicemail for Rick reminding him to submit a sample. 9-12-08 I verified with Neilson Research that a sample was submitted on 9-10-08 ACTION NEEDED: none
