| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to LCR excursion in Nov 2008 DETAILS: I spoke to Jim about the lead and copper excursion during the month of November 2008. The pH was below 7.0 creating the excursion. Jim stated that Corbett had been reporting the minimum daily pH value, instead of the average for the day, which is stated in the rules, on days when more than one measurement is taken. He mentioned that the revised LCR forms with the correct average daily pH value are in the mail, and that there should not be any excursions with this change. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to receive and review the revised LCR forms once they arrive. DWP to work to see if there are any more excursions of the minimum pH value, and work to update the database with updated corrected data if appropriate. | ||
