Details: SUMMARY: Discuss violation DETAILS: I went to site of water system and was able to contact operator at 503-666-3515 to discuss violation. He stated this was a new number. ACTION NEEDED: He will speak to lab to have the 4 repeats and 5 routine samples taken. Operator has also started adding Cl for residual maintenance.
