| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to report nitrate sample DETAILS: I contacted Diane, principal, by phone and informed her of the violation for 2007 nitrate and public notice requirement. She will have Fred Evers, operator, contact me. 8-20-08 - I spoke with Fred by phone. I informed him of the nitrate violation and public notice requirement. He stated that he thought the lab had taken care of it but he will contact them and fax me the results & public notice. ACTION NEEDED: 9-15-08 Nitrate test results, 7-23-08 received by state DWP on 8-29-08 and are shown on SDWIS. | ||
