This system currently in violation for not reporting January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2007. Told him to check his records for testing and send copy to DHS DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Immediately collect a DBP sample taken from the point furthest from the point of disinfection in your distribution system. Submit copy of results to DWP. | ||
