Details:	SUMMARY: Violation for coliform testing DETAILS: September 8, 2008 I spoke on the phone with Tom in an attempt to schedule a sanitary survey and discuss the TCT sampling requirements, as well as other information regarding the water system. He explained that the water system and facility have been closed since February. This explains why the system had missed routine coliform water samples for first and second quarters of 2008. Mr. Potter mentioned that there is no electricity for the system to activate the water pump or other features, therefore it is no longer a drinking water system. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to be deactivated through the State Drinking Water Program and SDWIS. The water system information paperwork is attached stating the inactive water system. Klamath County Environmental Health Department will monitor activity at this facility should the facility reopen.
