| Details: | SUMMARY: On site visit with John regarding Sampling plan and public notice discussion DETAILS: Clarified with John where samples would need to be taken at for the 5 routine samples due by the end of August. I informed him that he should take them all within the distribution system using the 3 routine sites established on the sampling plan and at 2 other sites shown as repeat sites on the sampling plan. I reminded him that one raw water sample should be taken monthly and labeled as special. I asked for a copy of the PN for this MCL violation and he gave me the public notice that Bob gave him for the non reporting of total coliform in June 2008. He said that Bob did not give him a public notice for the July MCL violation. I gave him a template and asked him to create one and ensure that every resident was hand delivered a public notice and that it is posted on the laundry room door. John was very cooperative and agreed to do as asked. John faxed me a copy of the public notice by the end of the day. I shared with John a map I found in the back of the Linn County file that was from 1978 and showed a well near the cabins and a septic system and tanks. He was excited by this new info and said he would research the well and old septic systems and report back to me. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
