Details: SUMMARY: Failure to collect an annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: The system switched to a new well source in 2008. I spoke with Scott Curry and verified that the new source was sampled for nitrate in 2008. I requested the results from Neilson Research Inc. (see attached) ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be submitted annually.
