| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit an SOC sample set during the 2005-2007 period. DETAILS: 8-18-08 I left a message for Skip informing him of the violation and requesting that he return my call. 9-2-08 After no response from Skip I called Grants Pass Water Lab and asked them to inform Skip of the SOC sampling requirements next time they see him. 9-3-08 - Skip submitted an SOC sample set to Grants Pass Water Lab. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action to return this violation to compliance. | ||
